If you haven’t visited the Today.com forum lately then now is a good time to check out the new layout. Two of the newest additions in the last few months have been the Advertising & Product RevShare forum to address Today.com’s popular affiliate programs and the Blogging Lab which is an expansion of the former Traffic Tips area of the forum.
Today.com’s Blogging Lab includes forums for discussion on Content, Critiques, Events (Carnivals & Contests), Social Media and Tools & Techniques. Relevant posts in Traffic Tips are being distributed into these forum topics.

That’s right. We’ve finally taken advantage of the Today.com customizable theme and we are getting ready for all the exciting news and reviews that will be coming your way. Not to mention the tips, tools and techniques to enhance your blogging experience.
New and old blogger alike will want to bookmark Blog Today.com because you’ll never know when we’ll be blogging about you. That’s right, we spend an incredible amount of time visiting the Today.com blogs and while we could just talk amongst ourselves about the hottest new blog on the block, we are going to make sure we tell all the Blog Today.com readers about them too, so stay tuned.

If you’ve been following the hot list it will probably come as no surprise to you that FAPIPO has continued her popularity streak and is once again our most popular blog of the month. She grew her traffic by over 250% making it hard for others to catch up. That didn’t stop Not News from trying though, which is why they will be taking our Editors Choice award. Not News easily beat Fapipo’s August numbers this month but didn’t quite catch up to her increased September numbers. However, both will receive a $250 bonus for their hard work:

Despite August being a traditionally slow month we were pleased to see many of you made good progress this past month. FAPIPO continued to grow her blog. Her unique views grew 15% in August making her a 3 time winner of the Most Popular Blog Award. Editor’s Choice goes to Frugal Living for increasing average time a reader spent on his blog by almost 14% in August, and mostly for being a helpful and contributing community member!
Not to be forgotten, here are three performance based blogs that we feel made the most progress in August:
1st, $150 Bonus: Not News - Starting from absolutely nothing this News of the News blog skyrocketed into our top 10 most popular blogs and keeps growing everyday.
2nd, $100 Bonus: Tech Spotlight - This Technology For The Masses blog increased traffic by over 6000% in August. Wowzers!
3rd, $50 Bonus: 30 Something & Searching - 1000% more readers pondered the thoughts of a single 30something female in Chicago in August!
